It is a privilege to record the events of our local community and continue the unique legacy started in 1947 by Ray Warner. Each year two films are shown in the first week in March. It is an opportunity to see the changing fashion. Shops close and open. The carnivals continue but no longer with the support of thousands lining the streets. Elections see new members of Parliament and Mayors.
Email doverfilmfestivals@gmail.com to reserve a seat on Thursday 19th December 2025 to view the 2012 Dover Film in the cinema in the Dover Museum.
