Flying Scotsman Visits Dover In 2022, the legendary Flying Scotsman made a highly anticipated visit to Dover, attracting railway enthusiasts and history lovers from across Kent and beyond. This iconic locomotive, steeped in British heritage, offered visitors the chance to witness one of the most famous steam trains in action.
The vibrant Dover Carnival brought the streets to life in 2022 with colourful floats, dazzling costumes, and a lively community atmosphere. Families and visitors enjoyed music, dancing, and entertainment, making it a highlight of the town’s event calendar.
